At Fresh Bouquet Company, we are committed to providing you with beautiful, fresh bouquets delivered directly to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

IMPORTANT:

Seasonal orders (Christmas products) including wreaths, garlands, and other decorative items, require careful preparation and are handmade from scratch. The standard production and dispatch time is a minimum of 2–3 working days.

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific selected date for these products. As all items are handmade to order using natural materials, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

 

Delivery Service:

  • We offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 on business days.

Delivery Areas:

  • We currently deliver to all areas within UK

  • If your location is outside our delivery range, please contact us for special arrangements.

Order Processing:

  • All orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your bouquet is on its way.

Delivery Issues:

  • If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged products, please contact our customer service team at freshbouquetcompany@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work promptly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
