Delivery Options

Depending on the delivery address and date, we may offer:

• Free Standard Delivery
• Premium Selected-Day Delivery
• Premium Morning Delivery
• Same-Day Delivery

Available services, delivery times and prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on the postcode and selected delivery date.

Standard delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For delivery on a specific date or during a particular time window, please select an available premium service.

Same-Day Delivery is available on selected business days for orders placed before 12 pm, subject to availability.

Important Information

Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If authorised, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may incur an additional charge. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or significantly delayed, please contact freshbouquetcompany@gmail.com as soon as possible. For flower-quality concerns, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours and include photographs of the flowers as received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
