At Fresh Bouquet Co., we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers every time. Because our products are perishable, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at freshbouquetcompany@gmail.com if there are any issues. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange either a prompt replacement or refund.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for freshness concerns reported after 24 hours, or for reasons unrelated to damage or error.
